• When can I expect my order to be delivered?

For Domestic/US orders - it will take approximately 1-5 business days to process, & 2-5 business days to be delivered after package postal acceptance.

For International orders - it will take approximately 1-5 business days to process, & 5-20 business days to be delivered after package postal acceptance.

Please be mindful & add extra days to processing/shipping dates for all orders purchased during busy holidays! All purchases have tracking numbers sent to customer's emails once shipping labels are created. Once we deliver packages to the postal service, we are no longer in control of the package. If you have questions & concerns in regards of your package, please contact USPS as soon as possible along with your tracking number.

 

• Do you ship worldwide? Which postal service is used?

Yes, international shipping rates will vary on delivery location & package weight.

Standard/US shipping rates will vary on delivery location & package weight - usually $2.66 flat rate for the US.

USPS is our primary shipping carrier for all our packages.

 

• Can I refund/exchange purchases?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to safety reasons in regards to cosmetics. All items sold through this site, www.glacecosmetics.com - are FINAL sale! No exceptions.

If in a rare event delivered items were damaged in the process, please rapidly contact us via email (cosmeticsbyglace@gmail.com) within 3 days after your delivery date & we'll gladly replace it if the following is provided:

- Name & Address on order
- Order #
- Images of damaged goods

 

• How do I apply a discount/promotional code to my order?

Once you complete your awesome shopping spree & added everything you love to your shopping cart, you will click to checkout. There will be an option & text area to type in your unique promotion code before you proceed to complete your payment! Correct codes entered will be applied directly to your total! 

 

• Are Glacé Cosmetics products safe to use?

Yes, all of our ingredients are FDA approved and of cosmetic grade. However, all glitters are not yet approved in any cosmetics anywhere in the U.S., although cosmetic glitter is considered safe to use! Our products do not contain any toxic chemicals and ingredients!

Our products are handcrafted in a safe, sanitary, and controlled environment in Houston, Texas. Some products may not be identical due to the nature of individually handcrafted cosmetics. Though some loose products may settle during shipping, the quantity/weight is still the same. Our products are Paraben-Free. We love animals and do not test on them! Always Cruelty-Free. Please keep products in a cool and dry area for maximum shelf life. For external use only.
